THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT

This is Racheli Karp, a delightful young girl who, aside from her disability, is really a typical 7-year old.

Racheli sings a Hebrew song about the power of prayer.

Unfortunately, all is not roses.
Racheli has a Spinal Arteriovenous Malformation, which has left her paraplegic from the waist down. Unfortunately, there are more malformations lying dormant in her spine. These need to be "deactivated" to prevent them from causing further damage.

The operation to "plug" the malformations is delicate and dangerous. We have taken advice from many sources, most of which point to a specialist clinic located in Roosevelt Hospital, New York.

We thank you for your good wishes, blessings and support.

The doctors report that the operation couldn't have gone any smoother. The AVMs have been reduced to a miniscule size and will hopefully disappear now that their blood supply has been blocked. Racheli seems to be out of danger.
